Over-water rooms look straight onto Elliott Bay through floor-to-ceiling windows and several have private balconies with Adirondack chairs. The Over-Water King with Balcony is about 350 square feet, the Over-Water Junior Suite about 450 and sleeps four, and the City View Suite about 500 with a Seattle cityscape view. The Beatles Suite and the Pearl Jam Suite are each about 750 square feet. Accessible rooms are available with a choice of view, and parking is valet only.
