What is check in/check out time?

Check-in begins at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

This hotel is completely nonsmoking. We do not allow smoking in our rooms, public areas or the restaurant.

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes, the 24-hour fitness center is located on the 2nd floor and is self-serve with the encouragement of social distancing while other guests are present. A room key is needed to enter the fitness center that includes free weights and cardio equipment.

Do you have a pool?

No, we do not have a pool onsite.

Do you have a spa?

No, we do not have a spa. Please contact our Front Desk for nearby recommendations for our in-room spa service partners.

What is required upon check in?

A government issued photo identification or passport and a valid credit card to authorize for your full amount of stay, plus incidentals for an additional $50 per night.

What should I do if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Where is the hotel located?

The hotel is situated on Pier 67 on Seattle’s historic waterfront and is walking distance to great restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and local attractions such as the Pike’s Place Market and The Space Needle.

What is a Destination Fee?

Our taxable Daily Amenities Fee is $31 per room and includes:

  • Use of The Edgewater ZYBRA Bicycles
  • Complimentary Two-Hour Orangewood Guitar Rental
  • Rock Band Room rental
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Fitness Center
  • Local Newspaper Daily – Located at Front Desk
  • Local Phone Calls
  • Be a DJ – Record
  • Players & Albums for your listening pleasure

Is there a code of conduct?

In order to provide our guests with the best experience, The Edgewater strives to foster mutual respect between all of its employees and guests. Harassing behavior or violence of any kind, physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of other guests, our fabulous team, and enjoy your time in Seattle.

Transportation

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service, but you may contact Guest Services for private transportation. Additional fees will apply.

Do you charge for parking?

We offer valet parking for $60 per night. Restaurant and group rates also apply.

Do you charge for parking if I dine at Six Seven?

We offer valet parking for those who are dining at Six Seven Restaurant and Lounge for $15 + tax for up to 2 hours.

Pets

Are pets allowed?

Yes! The Edgewater invites four-legged friends to enjoy the ultimate in hosPETality at Seattle’s premier over-water hotel. There is a one-time fee of $100 per stay, maximum two pets per room. We have pet beds and water/food bowls available for use during stay.

Rock the Dog Program Includes:

  • Pet bed for use each night for use during stay
  • Pet water and food bowl for use during stay
  • Special treats upon check-in

Are pets allowed in the restaurant?

Unfortunately, no.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes. Six Seven Restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor waterfront dining in the lounge and restaurant.

Do you book private events?

Yes. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about availability.

What is your largest table?

We can accommodate one party of 16 at a time. Restrictions may apply.

Do we have to make reservation?

Walk ins are welcome but making a reservation is strongly encouraged.

Reservations

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bathtubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of up to one night’s room and tax may apply.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms; however, they are not guaranteed.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You need to contact the channel through which you made your reservation.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

Special rules may apply for guests under the age of 18. This varies by hotel so please contact the hotel for further information prior to making a reservation.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Reservation must be modified or cancelled 24-Hours in advance of arrival local time to avoid a late cancellation fee. We require a credit card at the time of booking. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change.

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?

Yes, rollaways are a one-time fee of $35 and cribs are provided free of charge.
