NOVEMBER MONTH LONG EVENT – DINE AROUND SIX SEVEN!
“Savor the Flavor” for less. This November The Edgewater presents Dine Around Six Seven, a month-long dining program designed to allow you save and savor at the same time. Indulge in our new 3-course autumnal tasting for only $30, including an appetizer, entrée and dessert, with at least three options for each course.
**And for you wine lovers, we’ve added… “Thirty Something”… A compilation of thirty something regional wines for thirty something dollars all month long!
Dine Around Six Seven is offered Sunday through Thursday evenings, November 1st through the 30th. Sorry, Thanksgiving is not included in this promotion.
November 1st thru 6th - Spirits of the Highlands
A tribute to Scottish Gold, Mellow, and Old. Relax and explore the rare malts of ancient lore or sample flight’s of some of Scotland’s most historic distilleries and revel in aqua vitae - the ‘water of life’. Divided into four distinct categories - single malt, vatted malt, blended and single grain – try one or all of our Scotch whiskies.
Interesting Scotch facts - The first written mention of Scotch whisky is in the Exchequer Rolls of Scotland in 1495. While no one knows exactly when the art of distilling was first practiced in Scotland; it is known that the ancient Celts practiced distilling and that the liquid they produced was universally termed aqua vitae ('water of life'). It was commonly made in monasteries and chiefly used for medicinal purposes, being prescribed for the preservation of health, the prolongation of life, and for the relief various maladies (even if it didn't
work, the patient usually felt much better). There’s a thought…
November or December? - Elton John & Billy Joel Concerts Rescheduled? (REVISED 11/2 - You can still enjoy a night out!)
OK, so Elton's out ill and the two Seattle concerts are postponed. Bummer, but hey, you can still enjoy a great night out! November 15th thru 21st - Give a Syrah Hoorah! - The Syrah grape is fast becoming an all time favorite, and Washington State produces some of the world’s finest Syrah vintages. Sample the nectar of the vine from some of our most prominent producers – Betz Family Vineyards, Owen Roe, Woodward Canyon, Delille Cellars, JM Cellars and Dussek. Tastings and wine discussions throughout the week in Six Seven Lounge. Syrah? Hoorah!!!

THANKSGIVING DAY – Thursday, November 26th
Celebrate this joyous family festival and commemorate the feast held by the Pilgrim colonists and members of the Wampanoag people at Plymouth in 1621. Feasting with family is an integral & most delightful part of Thanksgiving Day celebrations, so leave the cooking and cleaning to us! Thanksgiving dinner will be served in Six Seven from 12:00pm until 8:00pm. $65.00 per adult / $18.00 per child.
