Our signature restaurant, Six Seven in downtown Seattle, Washington, offers New American Cuisine and breathtaking views with floor to ceiling windows showcasing Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Located inside the Edgewater, Seattle’s only waterfront hotel, Six Seven features inspired cuisine crafted with only he freshest and finest organic and seasonal ingredients. Only the best is procured for you to enjoy in a new and exciting menu with features such as signature; Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Lobster Lemongrass and Tomato Jam; King Crab Risotto with Shiitake, Ginger, Thai Basil, Edamame and Coriander Broth; Scallop Ceviche with Green Apple, Coriander, Preserved Lemon and Mustard Oil; Bagna Cauda Crusted Swordfish with Spanish Chorizo, Roasted Tomato, Olive, Pearl Onion and Polenta; and Harris Ranch New York Steak with Oregon White Cheddar Potato Galette, Roasted Shallots and Cabernet Demi.
To compliment the special preparations of Chef Mackey, we have put together a wonderful wine list. The wine list highlights the finest artisan, boutique and hard to find local Washington and Oregon wineries. A purposeful selection of European and New World selections are also well paired to our cuisine.

Seductive and sexy, the comfortable Six-Seven lounge is the perfect place to enjoy fun and classic cocktails. Our pineapple infused vodka martini; home-made gin and tonic; and Gingerita are just a few samples of our specialty cocktails. We offer a great small plate bar menu and Happy Hour (Sun-Thurs from 3-6pm). We also welcome lively Friday night bands in the lounge each week. To finish your dining experience we have great desserts such as Almond Panna Cotta, D’anjou Pear Crème Brulee and a Lemon Meringue Tart with Chocolate Sorbet. Couple these with some of our dessert wines, port selection, scotch and cognac from around the world.
