Olympic Ballroom
At 3,563 square feet, The Olympic Ballroom is our largest meeting facility. The floor-to-ceiling window wall provides an unobstructed panoramic vista of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains and the islands of Puget Sound. The spaciousness of this room allows for a wide variety of eating configurations – up to 220-banquet style. Fir beams join at the center of the ballroom’s 16 foot ceiling creating a dramatic space for a couple’s first dance or the opening address of an annual meeting. Nine crystal chandeliers and four large mirrors frame this central area, reflecting views of Elliott Bay.
Terrace Room
Adjoining the Olympic Ballroom is the 600 square foot Terrace Room. The Terrace Room is accented by dramatic eight-foot French doors that open onto our 1,191 square foot outdoor terrace. The deck offers a rustic arbor for ambiance and shade, and allows guests sweeping views of the Seattle skyline. Three large mirrors, a stone fireplace and two Lorraine Versailles crystal chandeliers make the versatile Terrace Room an elegant space in which to relax over cocktail or host a comfortable executive retreat. The Terrace Room is often used in conjunction with the Olympic Ballroom to provide access to the great outdoors; it is also the perfect setting for smaller events. Several different seating arrangements can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Alki Room
The Alki Room boasts four bay windows, a built-in slate-topped buffet and can host up to 70 guests. This room is perfect for mid-size meetings, dinners or cocktail parties. A connecting door to the Winslow Room offers additional space for breakout sessions or buffet dining.
Elliott, Winslow and Orcas Rooms
These three intimate boardrooms are ideal for smaller meetings or breakout rooms. Each room offers a built-in slate-topped buffet and oversized mirror and can accommodate up to 14 guests in a conference setting.
Cascade Room
Located on the city side of the hotel, the Cascade Room provides two rooms in one. The two rooms combine to 1,334 square feet accommodating up to 100 in various configurations. The room can be divided to provide smaller function rooms for up to 40 guests in a banquet setting.
Rainier Room
This room is designed for those meetings where privacy and focus is key. Located in the interior of the hotel, the Rainier Room can seat up to 100 in various arrangements.
Forest Room
If you’re searching for an elegant restaurant atmosphere with the privacy of your own room, this Private Dining Room can accommodate your party of up to 32 guests. Sliding glass doors open onto an outside deck over Elliott Bay. A gas fireplace and northwest décor perfectly complement the rough-hewn wood tables and chairs.
