The Sunshine Junkies
The Sunshine Junkies is a three piece band on the verge of developing a unique sound that we can call our own. At the moment we are in the midst of creating our second album with a new approach that will be a departure from our debut album "Mirage". The Sunshine Junkies was originally formed in 2010 by (Jason Crockett) -vocals, guitar, and (Richie Audin) - lead guitar. Since that time we have played hundreds of shows at many different venues, with many different musicians. Now, with the new addition of percussionist, drummer, and friend, (Abraham Neuwelt) we have never sounded more cohesive and genuine!! We are now closer to an authentic sound than ever before, and we're having a blast doing it.

Alex Britton
Hailing from England, Alex is a guitarist singer/songwriter and has been playing around the Seattle area for the last 4 years. After showing a keen interest in the guitar at the age of 8, he began his musical journey with classical training and gradually transitioned into more modern styles. Pursuing a performance based career in music, he played with his band The Voodoos at the MTV EMA awards 2011 in Belfast to a crowd of 16,000 and thereafter toured Spain, Germany, Ireland, and 3 national tours of the US. The Alex Britton band covers many genres of music, and artists new to old, with a particular interest in the classic rock and contemporary rock bracket.

Cody Ray and The New Favorites
Cody Ray & The New Favorites are a Neo-Soul/R&B Rock-Funk infused power trio and duo, drawing from the early roots of soul, rhythm and blues, with influences of rock, jazz, and even grunge. Cody Ray Raymond, lead singer/songwriter and guitar player and his group are dynamically oriented, moving effortlessly through sultry sweet sounds to bouncing grooves, sometimes all in one song. This retro group is on their way to revitalizing soul music with the utmost passion and excitement.

Caety Sagoian
Caety has been acting and performing since she was twelve. A graduate of Seattle’s Cornish College of the Arts, you can see Caety performing regularly at the Seattle Children’s Theater. You may also have heard her voice-over work in various places, including the voice of Bowser Jr. in seven of Nintendo’s popular Mario Bros games. Caety also has a voice-over and on-camera spot with the PBS show Biz Kid$ and has appeared on KING 5 television’s “the 206″ this past year with Pat Cashman and John Keister.

Woodinville Whiskey Co.
Kentucky, meet Washington! Woodinville Whiskey Co. meet Six Seven Restaurant & Lounge!

Whiskey is only as good as the ingredients that make it, and as third generation family farmers, the Omlin family knows a thing or two about growing the best corn, rye, and wheat in Washington State. Woodinville Whiskey Co. brings the grains back to their Woodinville distillery where they are milled, mashed, fermented and distilled entirely by hand. It takes time. But most good things do.

We are thrilled to partner with award winning Woodinville Whiskey Co. to offer a tasting of the finest Bourbon, Rye and American Whiskey. $22/flight

Woodinville™ Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 45% ABV

2016 Craft Whiskey of the Year
-American Distilling Institute Craft Spirits Awards
This truly small-batch bourbon starts with traditionally grown corn, rye and malted barley. All of our staple grains are cultivated exclusively for us on the Omlin Family farm in Quincy, Washington. The grains are mashed, distilled, and barreled in our Woodinville™ distillery, then trucked back over the Cascade Mountains to our private barrel houses, where Central Washington’s extreme temperature cycles promote the extraction of natural flavors from the oak. Prior to being coopered, the barrel wood is seasoned in open air, rain, wind, sun, and snow for eighteen months, softening the wood’s harsh tannins. The barrels are then slowly toasted and heavily charred to further enrich the wood’s desirable flavors. This meticulous process yields a truly hand-crafted spirit with aromas of crème brûlée and spice cabinet, as well as notes of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean on the palate with a sweet, lingering finish.

Woodinville™ Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 45% ABV

Double Gold Medal – Best Rye Whiskey
-American Distilling Institute Craft Spirits Awards, 2017
This 100% rye starts with pure, traditionally-grown rye cultivated exclusively for us on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington. The grain is mashed, distilled & barreled in our Woodinville distillery – then trucked back over the Cascade Mountains to our private barrel houses, where Central Washington’s extreme temperature cycles promote the extraction of natural flavors from the oak. Prior to being coopered, the barrel wood is seasoned in open air, rain, wind, sun and snow for eighteen months softening the wood’s harsh tannins. They are then slowly toasted and heavily charred to further enrich the wood’s desirable flavors. The result of this meticulous process yields a truly hand-crafted whiskey with aromas of cinnamon, clove, and fruit leather, and notes of caramel, wood spice, and honey on the palate with a long, memorable finish that will leave you anticipating your next sip.

Woodinville™ Straight American Whiskey, 40% ABV
This American whiskey starts with traditionally grown corn and rye cultivated exclusively for us on the Omlin Family farm in Quincy, Washington. The grains are mashed, distilled, and barreled in our Woodinville distillery, then trucked back over the Cascade Mountains to our private barrel houses, where Central Washington’s extreme temperature cycles promote the extraction of natural flavors from the oak. Prior to being coopered, the barrel wood is seasoned in open air, rain, wind, sun, and snow for two years — longer than most — softening the wood’s harsh tannins. The barrels are then slowly toasted and lightly charred to further enrich the wood’s desirable flavors. A higher distillation proof than our bourbon yields a rich, mellow whiskey with aromas of berry, vanilla, and stone fruit, as well as notes of brown sugar, wood spice, and caramel that linger softly on the palate.

The Edgewater Anniversary Blend – Celebrating 55 years – 1962-2017
The Edgewater is proud to partner with on the Northwest’s premier wineries to bring you our exclusive Limited Edition 55th Anniversary D2 and DeLille Cellars Chaleur Blanc. Enjoy either varietal by the bottle of the glass.

THE EDGEWATER 55TH ANNIVERSARY
The Edgewater, a Noble House Hotel, is honored to celebrate its landmark 55th anniversary as Seattle’s only waterfront hotel with a proud partnership with DeLille Cellars. We recognize this special time by offering a limited edition wine from one of Washington’s most respected and reputable wineries and invite you to raise a glass with us and toast 55 years of memories. Cheers!

DeLILLE CELLARS has been skillfully blending classic grape varietals grown in Washington State for 25 years. D2, one of DeLille Cellars’ founding wines, takes its name from the grand route du vin, or great wine road that travels through the historic chateau region of Bordeaux. Blending the traditional grape varietals from that region produces wines of complexity, elegance and style. Considering that Washington State has long been known to produce some of the finest Merlot in the New World, we make a blend that leads with Merlot (58%) followed by Cabernet Sauvignon (36%), Cabernet Franc (5%) and Petit Verdot (1%). $19/glass $95/bottle

DeLille Cellars 2015 Chaleur Blanc
Columbia Valley
Right off the bat, there’s bouquet of white pepper, lemongrass, brioche, grapefruit, caramelized pineapple and vanilla followed by sweet grass and white flowers. The mouth follows with almond butter, pineapple upside down cake, apple crisp and campfire smoke framing the dried fruit and honey. Wow, this vintage is complex and generously flavored – an outstanding Chaleur Blanc! $16/glass $64/bottle

About DeLille Cellars
DeLille Cellars is a boutique artisan winery located in Woodinville, Washington. The winery was founded in 1992 by Charles and Greg Lill, Jay Soloff and celebrated winemaker Chris Upchurch. The mission at DeLille Cellars has always been to create a new Bordeaux blend using Washington State vineyards. From the beginning, the winery has looked towards the prestigious Red Mountain AVA as the foundation of its wines, using grapes from its own vineyards in combination with fruit from other top sites in the Yakima Valley.

In 1992, the winery pioneered its Chaleur Estate Rouge and D2, both blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The team at DeLille believed that blending Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in the traditional style would create wines in which each varietal would contribute its own attributes and would create classically structured wines in which the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, wines that showcase the purity of fruit that defines Washington State terroir, a “first growth” wine from some of the oldest vines in the state. This belief remains one of the winery’s guiding principles today.

In 1994, DeLille Cellars was fortunate to acquire the rights to Harrison Hill vineyard which had some of the oldest vines in the Washington. Now, with vines over 50 years old, Harrison Hill has become one of the most sought after Bordeaux blends in the state.

Observing the Bordeaux tradition of blending varietals together, in 1995 the team at DeLille chose to make a barrel fermented blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon for our first white wine: DeLille’s Chaleur Estate Blanc. We knew this would create a wine with more complexity, diverse aromas and classic structure than many White varietal wines and which would pair well with a wide variety of food. From the first, we achieved nuances of white flowers, sweet grass, honey suckle, creamy crème brûlée, toasted almonds and more. Over the years, Chaleur Estate Blanc has shown us all just how well a properly structured white wine can age.
